The Medium Pretty Flowing Cutie Shapely High-Fire Bowl With Rustic Faux Crackle Glaze is a Ceramic bowl. This piece was created with Balcones White clay and high-fired via Reduction firing. It was wheel-thrown. It is a shapely, curvy bowl accented with layered glazes. The bowl has a 5.25 diameter mouth it is 5.25 max diameter at its widest point and has a tall unglazed foot which is 2.75 inches in diameter. This bowl weighs 14.2 oz and is 2.25 inches tall.
**This item is reduced price as it is a MISFIRE, there are issues with it. Glaze ran, pooling at the foot during firing, resulting in potentially sharp glaze where none was intended. This extra glaze may have been ground down to remove sharpness; it’s still very beautiful and potentially useable. Please view the gallery in full to see the issues. ** This ware is high-fire and therefore fully vitrified (nonporous); this issue should not affect food safety**
