Into the fire it goes! This is one of the most natural firing techniques available (others would include pit firing which I'm not set up to do). My personal Raku "kiln" is made from a steel trash can and uses a torch to heat up. Then I move the hot pieces once they have reached temperature into another trash can filled with paper etc and the lid goes on and it sits for a bit.
